These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at gulfportdumpsterrentalguys.com and your engagement of dumpster rental services from Gulfport Dumpster Rental Guys. By accessing our Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
We provide roll-off dumpster rental and related waste-removal services in Gulfport, MS and the surrounding Coastal Mississippi. Specific pricing, sizes, rental periods, weight limits and availability are confirmed at the time of booking. All rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement provided at or before delivery.
Rental Terms & Prohibited Materials
The customer is responsible for loading the dumpster safely and lawfully, keeping debris level with the top of the container, and staying within the agreed weight limit. Overage or extended-rental charges may apply as disclosed at booking.
Certain materials are prohibited, including but not limited to hazardous waste, liquids, paint, solvents, tires, batteries, refrigerant-containing appliances, electronics, asbestos, medical waste and other regulated items. Placing prohibited materials in a container may result in additional charges and is the customer's responsibility.
Placement & Property
The customer is responsible for ensuring a suitable, accessible and lawful placement location and for obtaining any permits required for placement on public property. While we take care to protect surfaces (including placing containers on protective boards), the customer acknowledges that delivery and placement of heavy containers carries inherent risk, and we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or ordinary wear to driveways or surfaces.
Payment
Payment terms are as agreed at the time of booking. Flat-rate quotes include the services described at booking; additional charges such as weight overages, extended rentals or prohibited-material handling may apply.
Website Use
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. Content on the Site is provided for general information and is owned by or licensed to us; you may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without permission. Information on the Site, including pricing ranges and guidance, is provided for convenience and may change without notice.
Disclaimer
Our Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Guidance provided on topics such as permits, disposal rules and sizing is general in nature; you are responsible for confirming current requirements with the relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulfport Dumpster Rental Guys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a rental shall not exceed the amount paid for that rental.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Harrison County, Mississippi.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
